Yes, Amity University accepts JEE Main score to take admissions.

Below is the eligibility criteria

The minimum academic qualification for admission through CBSEJEE is that the candidate must have passed in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII), or its equivalent with aggregate score of minimum 60% in PCM + English.

@Harshit Average course fees for B.Tech CSE will be around 10 lakhs.

but on website they said that for Kolkata and Ranchi campus min 55% aggregate in PCM + english

@Malhaar According to the eligibility criteria as mentioned in their site for admission through JEE Main you must have aggregate score of minimum 60% in PCM+English.
