After declaration of Ist phase of result of jee mains,changes is results is not possible as NTA declares result  after considering all fact regarding change in answer key,cuttoff etc.So there is very less chance that Percentile score will not change by change in answer key.Already they will considered all flaws regarding answer key.So don't worry about it.
