I would suggest you that if you are taking a drop and even if you are not able to crack jee and attain a government college then i would suggest go for private Universities like VIT Vellore, SRM University, Manipal University, BITS Pilani, Comedk colleges.

But at the worst case scenario you are not able to get what you desire for then only with no option left go for manipal Jaipur.

Because you would face difficulties during interview after opting a private college .
