Yes, anyone can pursue BCA externally. Many universities, colleges or institutions offer distance education courses for BCA, whicb allows students to study and earn the degree without attending regular classes on campus.

External BCA programs provide flexibility for working professionals or those who may not be able to attend regular college. Distance BCAi is a valid degree and you'll be eligible for pursuing further education as well.
