Greetings!

Jee main is considered difficult by many but this is all about your concepts knowledge and practical approach as well as time management techniques.

Arihant Publication are best book for JEE preparation. If you are thinking of having arihant handbook for jee mains preparation,you can go with it. The book will have all conceptual topic related to JEE main. For physics, i would suggest you to have previous year question practice also, along with arihant handbook.

Make a timetable and follow it to have a good score in exam.
