Bank passbook can not be used for getting domicile certificate of any state. Domicile is considered of the specific state if you have completed your class 12th from that state, or either you live there. For getting a domicile certificate, you can use the posting certificate of your parents if they are government employee or rather use the electricity bill or any other ID that has the address of the state.
