With reference to your query, I would like to aware you that bharti vidyapeeth paschim vihar delhi offers Btech , MCA,BCA,MBA ,PHD,BBA+LLB courses . They doesnt offers BA course in any stream . I am very sorry to say you that try to look for other universities than IPU ofr ba courses like Amity university noida , delhi university etc
