Hello,

See, the marks of 12th class is only concerned with meeting the eligibility criteria of NEET, that is in order to appear for NEET you should attain 17 years as on 31st December of the appearing year, passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and english as core subjects, PCB aggregate inclusive of theory and practical needs to be attained against one's respective category such as 50% for UR, 40% for SC/ST/OBC, and 45% for PwD, as of now there is no upper age limit, hence no restrictions in number of attempts, once you qualify NEET it's only the entrance test score and rank which matters for admission, your 12th marks don't play any role here, as it's considered only for NEET eligibility criteria, there is also an important factor of category here, as usually UR has the highest cut-offs, and reserved categories of course have their respective benefits through aiq and state counselling.
