Only non creamy layer obc student get benefit of obc category in councelling and tution fees remission and if you belong to creamy layer candidate then you will be treated like general category candidate.government give benefit of obc category only to students who belongs to obc NCL because government consider that their annual income is less than 8 lakh so they get category benefit.
