Digilocker marksheet is not applicable. Only the bike documents such as driving license, Registration certificate of bike,  pollution certificate and applicable.

Marksheet are not applicable because many students doing chatting . They already submitted in another college and apply as a fresh candidate in other college.. So it's not applicable..
