Yes, they accept compartmental exam pass mark sheet.
Your overall result should be passed at the time of counseling and you must have 75% marks in your board exam or you must be in top 20 percentile in order to be eligible for IITs and NITs for general category and for ST/SC you have to get 65% marks in your board exam.
