As topics under DU JAT comprises of 4 sections - quantitative ability, reasoning and analytical ability, general English, business and general awareness and the syllabus for Quantitative Ability includes -

-Permutations & Combinations
-Integration and Differentiation
-Circles & Mensuration
-Averages & Percentages
-Time and Work
-Quadrilaterals
-Profit and Loss
-Ratio and Proportion
-Fractions and Decimals
-Mathematical Series
-Time, Speed & Distance
-Geometry- Lines, Angles & Triangles
-Statistics

Therefore yes, you need to study Class 12th mathematics (only the topics included above like Integration and Differentiation, Statistics). And you also will have to go through the topics I've provided above which are related to mathematics of secondary classes onwards. They include a major portion (1/4th) of DU-JAT. Skipping this section may lead to lower chances of you qualifying the exam with a good score.
So, allot sufficient time to it. Utilize this lockdown period well and practice as many sample papers as you can.

Yes, DU JAT includes a lots of questions from 11th,12th Maths. As it includes questions from chapter like :

• Integration and Differentiation
• Circles & Mensuration
• Quadrilaterals
• Mathematical Series
• Permutations & Combinations
• Geometry- Lines, Angles & Triangles
• Statistics

So yes, it would be good if have good command over this chapters from secondary high school.
