It depends on your board ,from which board you are if you are from CBSE board then yes EFLU University exam may held during your board exams , tentative date for the examination is in the second week of the march 2020 and remember this is a tentative date which may also change so be updated with the official website of EFLU, for more detail about important dates you can go with the below link

The English and Foreign Languages University conducts EFLU 2020 admission for the candidates who wish to aspire admission in language-related courses and/or programmes offered by the university. EFLU 2020 will be held in the second week of March 2020, in online mode. Candidates have to register for EFLU 2020 admission by filling and submitting the EFLU application form 2020 which will be released by the university in the first week of February 2020. The last date to fill the application form of EFLU 2020 will be notified in the last week of February 2020.
