Generally , Computer Science Engineering group subjects is same for almost all colleges but  some colleges like  Autonomous colleges are updated syllabus but you cannot find more difference between them and they will not follow any college regulations related to another colleges .

CSE group of subject vary from one institution to another. Although all the model of the subject  group is prepared by theAICTE of India.

The whole group of subjects divided into 8 semester of 4 years. Other than mandatory subjects for all the institutions CSE group of subjects are taught has a unique model of compulsory subjects

The compulsory subjects  are environmental science, Indian Constitution, Indian tradition of culture, induction program.

Hey dear, the academics of every engineering college is almost same. Subjects for any branch in engineering are same for every engineering college. Actually the syllabus of engineering is decided by UGC with certain credits for every subjects through which marking is done. Depends. State run colleges follow different patterns in syllabus, so does the colleges which fall under AICTE, on the other hand IITs and NITs follow their own syllabus books; whatever it is, it is however not completely different. For example in WB, state run colleges for Engineering falls under MAKAUT, which is a bit different from the autonomous ones. There is not a huge difference howsoever, and at the end of the graduation, everything is covered. Some colleges teach it early, some, late; thus it completely varies from college to college.
