Dear Nanditha, there is a bond of 3 years that you need to sign if you secure a MBBS/BDS seat under IP Quota of ESIC. Previpusly it was 5 years but from 2017-18, they changed it to 3 years. All the MBBS students shall be required to submit a Bank Guarantee as part of bond, an amount equal to the bond amount at the beginning of their internship year.
