Fergusson College is a reputed autonomous institution for higher education in Pune, Maharashtra founded in 1885 by the Deccan Education Society. Affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, it also provides various vocational, certificate and special courses. Additionally, it provides doctoral programmes in five different specialisations, including English, Botany, Environmental Science, Electronic Science and Physics. The college does not offer courses like BCA and MCA.
