Hello Sandeep Horo

There is no such thing that if you fill the form early then you can be ensured of getting the priority 1 exam centre. Exam centre depends upon the no of students participating for the exam. More the no of students appearing for the exam, more will be the centre of examination. So you may fill the form as you please, but don't fill it up too late. I would advise you to fill up the form early.
