As you have taken a longterm gap after your intermediate for preparation of medical entrance exam. Now, if you are planning to take admission in any college or university you need to submit gap certificate along with other documents. For getting gap certificate you need to go to any nearby notary and ask them to make agap certificate for you, they will charge you some money ( 100).
