Unfortunately you can't get Computer Science and Engineering in Harcourt Butler Technological University as it closes at around 27,000 for the OBC candidates. However, you may easily get some of the other branches here such as:

Biochemical Engineering
Food Technology
Leather Technology
Oil Technology
Paint Technology
Plastic Engineering
