As given in the official website they syllabus for Under Graduate Entrance Examination for admission to International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad is based on class 11th and 12th level of  Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (CBSE and most state syllabi). There is no chapter wise weightage. To familiarize the students the sample papers and mock test for UGEE for SUPR – Subject Proficiency and REAP-Research Aptitude test are made available in the official website.
