As per the income certificate , income less than 8L is for ews criteria . In addition to that you should not own more than 1000 sq ft of flat. You should not own more than 5 acres of land.

In addition to that coming to fee remission condition it depends from college to college how much remission they would do but yes there is a provision of reducing the fees .
