As per the details available, Indian institute of medical sciences, Jalna commonly known as IIMSR is a private college for medical education.

Although it is affiliated with Maharashtra institute of health sciences, Nashik but the aided status is private. 

Hence, I think all the seats for MBBS in this college is private seats and not government.
