Hello Rahul 
I would recommend against doing CSE from an average rated private university, because the stream has already a lot of competition because of the increasing number of aspirants. In addition to this, you have tough competition from students of the prestigious institutes such as IITs, IIITs, NITs , BITS etc.
So one might not get what people usually expect from the "highly paying" CSE branch, if you are doing from an average college.
