Jadhavpur university lies under the state government of west bengal and it accepts the score of WBJEE ( West Bengal joint entrance exam), so i'm afraid, you won't be able to take admission on the basis of JEE, you should have appeared in WBJEE to get admission there. All the best!!

Jadavpur University Don’t take admission through JEE Main or through JEE Advance. If u want to take admission in Jadavpur University you should appear in WBJEE . And obviously u have to secure rank within 1000(for CSE,EE,ME,ECE,IT,IEE,CHE,CE,PE). JU is one the Prestigious Engineering colleges in India. In all India Ranking it come after top7 IITs and Anna University(9th in Engineering College Ranking, 5Th in All University Ranking, 1st in university Ranking).
