No, Joining a club in your college does not result to some internship. However, you can mention about the same in your extra curricular activities or positions held in your CV. However, if you join any part time internship outside college or engage yourself with some part time activity in certain organization apart from your college societies or clubs then that will result in internship.

Do not expect that after joining club you will get  an internship.

Club is only for networking and events. For learning, you have to put your own efforts. Dont believe 100% on club’s talk. They will tell you for joining and they will count so many benefits of joining but reality is totally different.

So decide it by yourself. You can take participation in some activities and events but don't think that you will get an internship by just joining in those clubs.
