The admission to Kalinga Institute of Technology(KIIT) Bhubaneswar is done on the basis of the rank obtained in the KIITEE. The eligibility criteria for KIIT says that a student must have 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in your 12th examination.

There is no merit based or direct admission to KIIT.
