Management quota seats do not come under the counselling quota seats. The seats under the  counselling quota are only based on the merit however management quota doesn't need the merit marks it is the extra fee to be paid per branch opted.

The fee for management quota is always higher than the counselling seats . 

So , the fee would be less than that in management quota .
