As till now only the Maharashtra State Assembly has passsed the reservation bill for Marathas and yet another hearings for the same are yet to be taken as there are many number of petitions, thats why no decision concerned to this reservation is taken by court, so most probably it wont be applicable for this year admission process (2019).
