Yes, after completion of your MCA you are eligible for teaching in any engineering college. For MCA graduates teaching field is a good and popular profession.  If the college has Computer Science Department then you can apply as a lecturer in the teaching post of Computer Science Department. But, now a days the competition in this job line is high and NET qualified candidates are mostly preferred in the teaching post. So, to get good opportunities in teaching profession it will be better for you to qualify NET.
