No, MCM DAV college, Chandigarh does not offer a five year integrated course of BCOM LLB. This college does not offer any law courses. Though it offers a Bcom course separately. Government college which offers Bcom LLb course in Chandigarh is UILS, Panjab University Chandigarh. Panjab University also offers a 3 year LLB course i n the 3 year Law department which you can also pursue after pursuing Bcom separately from any other college  like MCM.
