Yes you can study microbiology abroad.Its just that you have to give the entrance test for the college you choose.The exams and entrance test differ from country to country and also from college to college.

Yes there is a lot of scope of microbiology in India.
For becoming a microbiologist you have to do bachelor in microbiology after that you have to do master's in microbiology.
