Most of the questions asked in bitsat are related to ncert. The maths questions are tricky and time taking. To avoid time loss practice as many questions as possible. Apart from ncert arihant is providing a special edition for bitsat. Which will be useful for the bitsat exam. Solve previous years question papers for scoring more marks. Which are provided in arihant bitsat book.

I will certainly say No. It is definitely not enough. One book can never be enough for either BITSAT or JEE any exam for that matter.

See, in the beginning, I will say that it is definitely best to start preparing from the NCERT and it is very important to read it thoroughly and practice all possible sums. 

Now, to fill the gaps and to make your weak points stronger I will always advise you to have another reference book and start practicing sums from it once you are done with the NCERT.

Maths requires a lot of practice so buy some books that specifically targets BITSAT. Arihant BITSAT book will be good for this purpose. You can also do sums from the R. D. Sharma which is equally good. Then go ahead with previous year questions.
