does NCERT is enough for preparation of 10th board even curriculum has changed?

Yes,

From last few years' papers, we have observed that the 90% of the question in the board examinations directly come from only NCERT textbook. So the NCERT solution for class 10 become very important for scoring high marks in the examination. Rest 10% of the question will not be directly from NCERT textbook but those questions will use the concepts present in the NCERTs. If you prepare class 10 from NCERT solutions for class 10 then its high probablity of scoring marks from 90% to 100% in the examination.

Dear student,

I hope you are doing good. If you are giving exam this year of class 10th and then yes ncert is sufficient to practice,   to get marks in final exams. Don't worry about it , while also refer to your class notes that your teacher must have given in class. Plus if teaches have asked you to get some reference book then you can practice from that also.
