NEET admit card 2019 will be issued only for candidates who have registered themselves successfully on or before December 7, 2018. National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the admit card of NEET UG 2019 on April 15. The registered aspirants need to enter their application number/registration number, date of birth and displayed security pin. The hall ticket will contain the name, date of birth, NEET UG application number of candidate, father's name, mother's name, date and time of NEET exam, name and address of exam centre allotted. The medical students must cross-check the details printed on the admit card.

It is mandatory to carry the NTA NEET 2019 hall ticket with a photograph pasted on it, valid ID proof, a passport size photograph used at the time of application form. Without admit card or other relevant documents, no candidate will be allowed to take the NEET medical entrance examination. Also, it is advised to read the instructions  mentioned in the admit card carefully.
