Yes,if you have passed your 12th class from any board then you are eligible for giving exam of jee main/advance and if you can give the exam then you can also take admission in NITs.Because it is Clearly Mention that If the Student can Pass In Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects Are eligible to appear In the IIT JEE Entrance exams.

But to get admission in NITs you should must score more then 97 percentile to get average NIT if you are OBC student and 99+ percentile if you are General student.
