Andhra University accepts applications from Foreign / NRI students for Bachelors / Masters and Research Programs. You can download the application form from their official website and send the filled application via email and surface mail. However, do note that applications not accompanied by Demand Draft for US50$ equivalent Indian Rupees will not be considered.
