Does PSG has NRI category seats for PG (MS Gen Surgery) ?

Hiii...
Out of 60 seats, only 4 applicants for PG medical seats under NRI quota. Only four bona fide students have applied for postgraduate medical courses under the NRI quota, which costs close to half-a-crore a year in many private colleges.

are you referring to 4 applicants for PSG alone or overall ? will allotment get over in first round or wait till mop up if the score is just above cut off ?
