The refund of college fees is based upon the regulations set by the college for their students. If a candidate leaves the college after the classes have started, but before the admission process is done, the seat is filled by other candidate before the last date of admission, the college or university may return the appropriate amount which fits the procedure. If the vacancy is not filled by another candidate, chances to get refund reduce massively & mostly it won't be refunded.
