does pwd Candidates has to submit medical certificate for reporting at nits

Hello,

Yes Ram accoriding to rules of JOSAA  a pwd candidate has to submit certificate of disability issued from a duly constituted medical board where it is mentioned whether the disability is permanent or temporary. If it is temporary then certificate would be binded for five years. And if the disability is below 40%,then it may get rejected.I hope it helped
