Out of the 90 questions asked in the NEET.

About 80 plus questions are asked  directly from the NCERT biology books.

Some questions do come out of the NCERT but those are less and it can be managed.

But thorough reading of the book will get you more correct answers.

The questions that usually appear to be out of NCERT syllabus in biology are not actually out of syllabus.They are mostly related to an application of the concepts studied in NCERT.
If at all some questions look like they are not at all related to the textbooks, you don't need to worry about those questions as they will be new for everyone and thus will not be the rank deciding questions.
