If you go through the caste-category list of the state you will find that Reddy and Reddy vokkliga comes under category III (A).

I had confirmed it from 'Social Welfare Secretariat 'list of Karnataka.

It comes under 2B actually. 

Yes there are reservations for this category too. You will have to produce caste certificate issued by jurisdiction in accordance with government regulations. Hope this helps you
