Semi government colleges are under government aided but not directly controlled by government. In this colleges 50% of seats are for merit list students.

Now coming to the point of the fee structure The SC court ordered not to increase the fee structure without getting approval from the concerned authority.  So the college fee structure may not increase to the higher levels as ordered but if you are taking as an management quota seat the fee structure changes for the college.
