Ryan, it depends on the College that you want to take admisison in. Most States have their own State level entrance examination for admisison to B.Pharmacy. Few such entrance examinations are AP EAMCET, TS EAMCET, KCET, WBJEE, COMEDK, MHT CET, etc. The entrance exam syllabus is at 12th level which you have studied and so in that front you should not find any difficulty. But because admissions are also based on your marks and Category you belong to, you might have to work hard to get a good score and get a decent rank in the merit list. if you have the marks that they ask and good performance in schooling, who is going to stop you from joining the college you need. so all you need is to meet the eligibility criteria, be the top among the list, you will surely make it.

but being in top is tough or not depends on the efforts you put in your works.
