i would like to tell you that ragging is a serious criminal offence .anyone caught in doing ragging will have his degree at stake and FIR is also filed against the person caught in ragging.nowadays ,every college has a anti ragging cell situated within the college  .anyone who is victim of ragging can file a complain against the accuser directly to VICE CHANCELLOR.
