It depends on the college you have chosen, what are its eligibility criteria, which exam it accepts as it pretty evident that I cannot use my JEE rank for a NEET accepting college. Sometimes, the colleges have different divisions of seats for different exams, more reputed, competitive and harder exams are more preferred. Your rank's influence will depend on the factors above.
