It totally depends upon institution or any particular Government college/Universities. if they are providing reservation on basis of caste and any physical disabilities to their students then surely the fee consideration for SC Category students would be different and slightly low as compare to General/OBC category students.

Yes, the SC category students have some fee relaxation compared to another category of students. But, that also depends on the college where you take admission. Because the fees vary from exam to exam and from college to college. So, accordingly, you have to check for the fees.
