The 12th class examination was cancelled by CBSE and ICSE board by government due to Covid 19 pandemic situation. And after that all state board examination also cancelled and infact result also out.

So easily in 12th class no practical examination conducted by any schools or boards. They are qualified by their previous class annual number and 10th class number.

So many colleges and universities entrance examination also cancelled this year because of the pandemic situation. They organised the admission process through the 12th class result merit basis.

Now come to the Bangalore University for agriculture science has go for merit basis admission. So there no entrance examination conduct in this year. You can apply from the college website when they open for admission registration. It's only basis on merit. And yes you can get admission there without giving any practical examination 12th class because everyone understands the current situation.
