D pharma is diploma in pharmacy where you can join after higher secondary education.

B PHARMA is graduation in Pharmacy and m pharma is Post graduation in pharma

if one wants to do all pharma's they can join as lateral entry in b pharma and after completion of graduation they can go for mpharma
