As per the marking scheme: Correct Answer - 4 marks will be awarded; Incorrect Response- 1 mark will be diducted; No answer- No marks will be given; More than One Answer- 1 Mark will be diducted.

If you are asking for Bonus Marks:

There is no official notification from NTA regarding Bonus answers for wrong questions but few coaching institutes claimed that total 13 questions were wrong in JEE Main Jan 2019 exam which was conducted in 8 session between 9-12th Jan 2019. 2 Questions were wrong in 11th Jan Morning Session Paper in physics subject. Previously JEE Main was conducted by CBSE, They give  bonus marks for the wrong Answers & Questions. Please wait for NTA official Notification,

I would like to tell you that there is no negative marking in JEE MAINS if you do not attempt the question.

The only way you would get negative marks is if you answered a question and you have answered it wrongly.
