In my knowledge, if you want a job from digital marketing then MBA in digital marketing is a big deal but if you want only knowledge then you may do from any private instituted then it a better option. but my suggestion is to do digital marketing in private Institute and at the same time apply for MBA in a different stream in that case you may get both think.

Coming to your question I would like to tell you that doing MBA in the digital marketing for 2 years is always better than doing the digital marketing course for the four months as it only gives you the skill but doing MBA in digital marketing gives you the skill plus knowledge along with the degree which helps you to land in a better job .
